Therés no money in forex unless you really have a major account. I left forex for futures and never looked back. I made more money in Futures than I ever would in forex. Forex moves too slow for me.

Honestly for me ever since I've been introduced to ict trading it was so difficult to understand but as I continued to practice I became familiar with terminologies and concept of ict. Now I can say I understand alot and that you don't have trade 5 , 6 7 setups in a day.

The market does a fantastic job of probing and testing before making a large move. This wears down traders and makes it so easy to take a quick profit because of the relief of finally having some positive movement. I heard someone say recently that a good rule of thumb is to be optimistic when the market is working for you and pessimistic one is not. I think some reasonable factors like who has the momentum, is the trade an early attempt at catching the turn or is it after the market has already shaken out many times, answer these questions helps to determine whether the market has legs or whether this is simply a wiggle. At the very least, a good compromise IME is to trail a stop. This way the market must prove to you that it has some opposition against your position.

Really, really, good video. I really appreciate and respect your candid and open discussions and the humility woth which you do it. 💯 On everything you said. Often overlooked is the point about maximizing wins in order to allow the losses to not mean as much. When you don't maximize wins, it can feel like it takes all of this effort to make not very much, and then one or two simple mistakes wipes out all of that hard work. This can be demoralizing and has lead me down the path of trading on tilt many times. Thanks again and I hope you have a great weekend 🎉

My personal opinion is you bought too high away from the open, the market squeezed all the higher level longs. You then moved your stop instead of taking a small loss and getting back in later to make up your loss. I did the same thing just today. I bought too high above todays open. I took my small 1R loss. Got back in later and made 3R. Ended day 2R. I dont give a crap about losses when I have 3 to 1

Sure it works, because these were concepts that existed that he simply rebranded for his audience. What matters is that this person makes more money selling his mentorship rather than actually trading for 20+ years. And don't even search up why he got sued a few years back

The best stops. Structure stop Value high / VWAP and so on. Broker stop / Daily loss / Trading stop / Time stop. The market is a world champion at making you look like a fool. Only on Twitter are the perfect stops. ;) You can hear all the algorithms laughing. So depressed. :( Structure stop or ATR. Keep up the good homework

I love this concept. Umfortunately its like a chinese finger trap. The more you tell yourself you can accept losses the more likely you are to trick yourself into thinking your are safe (Intertia). Technology outevolves our mind so i like your approach of stop out stay out.

1:05:23 as a 5 year trader myself, i can agree and say i dont have any negative feelings towards trading at all anymore. I don't lose, i never lose, i gain losses. So everytime i have a loss i made money long term. My owen and fridge door are still punched in though, from 5 years ago ;)

Sometimes you can analyze at your best, catch a strong trend and as soon as you enter it will go against you. I mean everything shows that it's a very strong uptrend. And as soon as you hit that buy button.. it turns around and goes against you. That does happen. Sniper entries takes months and months of practic especially with futures I made 1000s and loss 1000s. Trading is technical, strategic with somewhat of emotions. Thats all it is. Also, lots of brokers even top knotch well reviewed brokers manipulate their charts to make traders lose. Something many people won't speak on. And, I personally seen it happen to me. More to trading than what people thinks.

True. My strategy is top notch and unstoppable. But I lose because I'm not disciplined and stupid stuff when trading. Now, it's getting better. I'm learning to stop being an idiot and follow my rules.
